BRANDON WOOD

Director of Team Training

  • Has worked with over 100 teams that compete at youth, high school and college levels.
  • Speed Consultant for multiple teams at Montclair State University
  • Team Training is home to multiple conference, league, state and national title teams
  • Team Training Program has serviced over 4000 athletes since 2009
  • Sprint coach for one of the premier Bergen County track programs at Northern Valley Demarest High School
  • Played football at Rutgers University, 4 year varsity letter winner, scholarship athlete
  • Played football and ran track at Pequannock High School
  • Earned All Conference, All Section and All County Honors in football his Junior year as well as All State Honors his Senior year

STEPHANIE CINTRON

Performance Coach

  • Former graduate of Parisi Speed School located in Fairlawn, New Jersey.
  • Made 1st team All County her junior and senior year of high school.
  • Was an All State Honorable Mention center fielder.
  • Was the 4th all time leading hitter at Old Tappan High School, and made the Passaic-Bergen All-Star team her senior year.
  • At that game, was the only athlete to receive the Athletic-Academic Award that included a college scholarship.
  • Continued her athletic and academic career at The College of New Jersey where she earned her B.S. in Health and Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology.
  • As a college freshman, she made the varsity team. During that year, she won an Athletic-Academic award for having a high GPA as a collegiate athlete.
  • Continued to be successful that year, as well as earning Deans List her freshman and senior year.
  • Continues to play Fast-Pitch softball for the 18&Over New Jersey Heist, as well as coach the younger females in the Heist organization.

RICH SADIV

Performance Coach

  • Strength Coordinator for the Parisi NFL Combine program that has produced over 130 draft picks.
  • Has trained top UFC fighters, weightlifters and sports teams of all ages. Holds 1 World , 2 National and 7 State powerlifting records in the World Natural Powerlifting Federation.
  • Deadlifted 3 times bodyweight in 4 different weight division.
  • On the top 5 of Powerlifting's Top 50 Deadlifters for 5 consecutive years with a best of 694lbs.
  • Advisor for the Training For Warriors system.

 

 

DANNY STICKNA

Performance Coach

  • Temple University Alumn (2011)
  • Competed in baseball and basketball, winning the New Jersey basketball Sectional State Championship his senior year of high school with the Elmwood Park Crusaders.
  • Interned here at Parisi from September 2011 to December 2011 before becoming a permanent member of the staff.
  • Learned a great deal and gained a lot of experience from his internship.
  • Has been labeled an extremely hard worker and expects the same from all his athletes.
  • He is highly dedicated to bringing athletes of all sports and ages to meet their greatest potential.
