The program begins with a comprehensive Athletic Performance Evaluation to assess strengths and weaknesses. Your athlete will be placed in one of three levels to perform conditioning classes depending upon performance and age:

          Level I         -        ages 7 and up

          Level II        -        ages 13 and up

          Level III      -        age 16 and up

Located inside Double Diamond Athletic Club, our state-of-the-art 4000 square foot training facility was designed and built specifically with the athlete in mind. The facility boasts a 4 lane track with the identical surface from the 1996 Atlanta Olympic games, a turf field, and a superior weight training area. This facility is a "must see" for any athlete. We have spared no expense in obtaining the latest and best equipment available anywhere. That coupled with our nationally recognized training staff, and you have a potent combination to improve athletic and personal performance.
