Name: Shauna Snyder

Title: Performance Coach

Bio: Shauna is a New Mexico native and Cibola High School graduate. She attended Providence College in Rhode Island on a full basketball scholarship where she obtained a BS in Business Management. Growing up, Shauna excelled in many sports including soccer, swimming and softball but her true passion was basketball. At age 8 she began playing competitive basketball through the Bernalillo County Parks & Recreation program. She continued to play all through high school, college, semi-professionally and was invited to tryout for the European Professional Women's Basketball League in Bonn, Germany.
    
Certification: Parisi Speed School Performance Coach Certification, NSCA Certification and Bachelor of Science in Business Management
 
Special Achievements: Named 2003 NM Gatorade Player of the Year, Two-time First-Team All District (2002, 2003), earned All District Player of the Year Honors in 2003, Three-time First-Team All-Metro (2001, 2002, 2003), Named All Metro Play of the Year (2003), Two-Time First-Team All-State selection (2002, 2003), Maloof Player of the Year (2003), set and holds the single scoring record with 667 points in one year (2003 Cibola High School), set and holds the all time scoring record at Cibola High School with 1,386 career points, Named Most Valuable Player in East vs. West NM High School All-Star Game (2003), became the 28th player in Providence College Women's Basketball history to reach the1,000 point mark and ranks 23rd on the Friars all time scoring list with 1,043 career points.

 

Name: Mike Donathan

Title: Performance Coach
Bio:  Mike is a Parisi Speed School Performance Coach and Personal Training Coordinator for Defined Fitness. Raised in Farmington, NM, Mike started playing baseball when he was old enough to swing a bat. He played all through his school years and played in the Connie Mack World Series when he was only 16 against China, Costa Rica and Mexico. In his adult years, Mike became involved with mixed martial arts. He trained at Jacksons MMA School and with many world class professional fighters.   
  
Special Achievements: Mike enjoys competitive bodybuilding and has more than eight competitions under his belt. At the 2008 Mr. New Mexico Show he won 1st place in the Novice Division and 2nd place in the Open Class. In 2010 he won the Heavyweight Open Class at the Mr. New Mexico Show and has finished in the top three in all other shows.

Name: Will Duran

Title: Performance Coach
Bio:  Will is a Parisi Speed Performance Coach and Youth Programming Coordinator for Defined Fitness. He grew up playing baseball starting out in Little League teams to a 5A High School team. Will also has studied and trained in Martial Arts for the past 12 years. He enjoys working with the youth population to help them become healthier, physically and mentally stronger and boost their overall confidence.
 
Special Achievements: Will received the 2005 Rio Rancho High School Sportsmanship of the Year Award as well as many ranks in various styles of Martial Arts.
 
Certifications:  Parisi Speed School Performance Coach Certification. Will is currently working on obtaining a Performance Edge Coaching Certification by Dr. JoAnn Dahlkoetter Sport Psychologist and is Bachelors in Psychology.
