Memberships Available:
Speed is the fundamental skill for success in every sport. We offer 2 different membership-based programs to help your child work on speed and achieve all of their athletic goals.
1. Total Conditioning (ages 7-12)
This monthly membership combines speed and conditioning classes into a schedule which allows you to come as often as you like for the classes you are most interested in. These classes use the Parisi training techniques to improve sports performance, promote confidence and increase self-esteem. Skills learned in the training will help prevent injury and will improve your overall fitness level.
- All of our classes are led by a Parisi Certified Youth Performance professional
- Because it is membership-based, your child can participate in as many classes per week as he/she and the performance coach feels necessary to help reach his/her goal.
· Each month your child's skills will be re-evaluated for free at our Cat Club Challenges to show progress and areas where improvement may still be necessary
2. Total Performance
Level 1 (ages 12-15)
Level 2 (ages 15-18)
Speed can be enhanced by not only improving technique, but also by improving strength. This program is similar to the total conditioning program, however in addition to the speed and agility classes, there are additional strength classes worked into the schedule to chose from.
In addition to the monthly memberships, we also offer semi-private strength training (1-4 athletes per class) to take your athlete to the next level.
· These classes are available only to children ages 12-18+.
· Training sessions can be purchased in 10, 20 or 40 session packages.
