MEET OUR STAFF!!! 

Brandon has trained athletes at the Parisi Speed School for 3 years and is also is the sprinting coach for the Northern Valley Demarest High School Winter and Spring Track Teams. He was a two sport Varsity athlete in football and track at Pequannock Township HIgh School where he and his team won two State Football Championships. He earned All Conference and All County Honors in football his Junior and Senior year as well as All State Honors his Senior year. He was selected to play in the North-South All Star Game in 2002. Brandon went on to play football at Rutgers University where he was a four year letter winner, earning a scholarship later in his career on their number 12 nationally ranked team.

In 2009 and 2010 Brandon and the Team Training Division trained over 100 teams including 6 State Title Football Teams and numerous league and division rec/club champion teams. Brandon’s passion lies within team training due to his past experiences and his understanding of what it takes to be at your best and compete as a champion.

Sullivan Parker is an Athlete Performance Specialist at Parisi Speed School in Fair Lawn.  He went to Bergenfield High School and graduated in 2004. Then attended The College of New Jersey in Trenton, NJ, where he played football and track & field.  He assisted as a position coach at the Quarterback/Receiver Camp during his college years. Sullivan’s specialty sports are both track & field and football. SULLIVAN PARKER IS SUPER PSYCHED AND READY TO CRANK IT UP!!

Gio attended Delaware State University where he Majored in Sports Science/Strength and Conditioning.  He was a member of the football team as a defensive back and place kicker where he received All-Conference Honors.  Gio attended Hudson Catholic High School in Jersey City, where he was an All County Place Kicker. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and USA Weightlifting and also has experience coaching High School football at his Alma Mata and developed their strength and conditioning program.

Gio loves training athletes because it is the only way to becoming a better athlete the more you do it.  You either go hard or home!

Ramon graduated magna cum laude from Montclair State University with a B.S. in physical education. Sports that he has competed in throughout his life include basketball, track and field, and martial arts. He's gained a great deal of experience as an intern trainer here at Parisi Speed School and understands the hard work and dedication it takes to be successful. He has a tremendous passion for all sports and continue to study the most up to date research on training principles to ensure the highest quality training for every athlete. Ramon has decided to become a trainer because he finds nothing more rewarding than being a key role in other's success. Currently a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association in addition to CPR and First aid Certified. 

RAMON WILLIAMS - ATHLETE PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST

 


 

 

  Rich is NASM certified personal trainer, strength advisor for the Training For Warriors system and certified in Functional Movement Screen. He has been a competitive powerlifter for the last 25 years. He has numerous accolades in the sport, including a deadlift for triple his bodyweight in four different weight divisions. He has been on the top 5 of Powerlifting’s Top 50 Deadlifters for 5 consecutive years with a best of 694lbs. He holds numerous records in the World Natural Powerlifting Federation including one world record, several national records and a slew of state records.

In addition to all of his powerlifting experience, he also serves as the strength coordinator for the Parisi Speed School NFL Combine Program, which has helped produce 130 NFL draft picks. Rich has also trained top UFC fighters, weightlifters, professional athletes and sports teams of all ages. He’s currently a sports performance coach at the Parisi Speed School in Fair Lawn, New Jersey.

RICH SADIV - ATHLETE PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST

 


 

Jeff Mangold has thirty years of experience and is known throughout the Major League Baseball industry as one of the most accomplished experts in his field as a progressive Strength and Conditioning Coach. In the athletic industry, Jeff can be credited as a pioneer being one of the first certified Strength and Conditioning Coaches in Major League Baseball. Jeff’s credentials are unmatched with eighteen seasons in MLB including fourteen seasons and two tours with the New York Yankees (1984-1990 and 1998-2006) with four seasons with the New York Mets during 1992-1996. Jeff’s final tenure with the Yankees exemplifies his professional contribution and success of his career. He directed the players during a stretch of nine consecutive American League East Division Championships during 1998-2002, appeared in five World Series and ultimately won three World Championships during his tenure (1998, 1999, 2000). Jeff’s career as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and specialist in Major League Baseball coupled with his early career at the college level is noteworthy. His philosophy of core fundamentals and optimizing player performance was evident even as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for college football powers such as University of Nebraska Cornhuskers (1979-1981) University of Florida Gators (1982-1984). Jeff has supervised the physical testing, evaluation, exercise prescription and goal setting for players, both in and off season for major league baseball and college level athletes. His insight into sport specific training and diversified experience working with some of the most gifted athletes in the world sets him apart from his peers as an expert and distinguishes him among peers in the field.

Jayson LaVorne has been part of the Parsi Speed School family for over 7 years. Jayson has trained players from  the NFL, MLB, Mixed Martial Art fighters and along with High School and College level Football, Soccer, Track,  Baseball, Softball, Wrestling, Basketball,and Hockey players. Jayson is graduate of Montclair State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education.  Before transferring to Montclair where he played Football, Jayson was a member of the football team at Hofstra University.  A native of Glen Rock, New Jersey, Jayson attended Glen Rock High School where he was a three sport varsity athlete in football, track and wrestling.  He was a member of three state championship football teams and earned all-league, all-county and all-state honors in football. He was selected to play in the 2001 Bergen County North South All Star football Game.  Currently he teaches Physical Education and Health at Elementary School 24 in Paterson NJ. Jayson is the Varsity Football Runningback and Linebacker Coach for Palisades Park Leonia High School.  Jayson's extensive athletic experience and continued pursuit of knowledge allow him to make a valuable contribution to the Speed School.
