PARISI JUMP START: (Elementary School, approx ages 7-11)
Considered our junior program sessions focus on general motor development for our youngest athletes. These sessions focus on speed training, body weight strength training, endurance, flexibility and improvement in self esteem. Following the Active Dynamic Warm-Up, classes have a focus of either Acceleration, Top Speed, Change of Direction or Endurance.
PARISI TOTAL PERFORMANCE 1: (Middle School, approx ages 11-15)
After completing the Active Dynamic Warm-Up, these sessions focus on either agility and the athlete's ability to move quickly in any direction or development of proper running mechanics through the Parisi signature straight ahead acceleration and top speed program. Flexibility and core exercises complete each session.
PARISI TOTAL PERFORMANCE 2: (High School, approx ages 15+)
Created for the dedicated athlete who aspires to compete in athletics beyond high school, Total Performance 2 is a progression for many Parisi students and/or students are selected for this class at the initial evaluation. Experienced athletes and those who can tolerate more intense levels of training required.
PARISI TOTAL CONDITIONING: (level 1- elementary school, level 2- middle school & high school)
These classes incorporate all aspects of the Parisi program. Designed for all ages from junior to the most advanced, this total body conditioning class is a great way to get in shape or maintain conditioning throughout the season. Benefits of Total Conditioning include improvements in speed and flexibility, increased total body strength and endurance, weight loss, mental toughness and self confidence!
TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING: (level 1- elementary school, level 2- middle school & high school)
TRX is a new category of exercise that allows the participant to leverage their own body weight and gravity to increase strength and flexibility, improve balance and agility and develop an understanding of spatial awareness which improves coordination.
