*The free orientation is an hour-long seminar that gives an in-depth presentation of all the aspects of the Parisi Speed School Program. This hour is an informative session, which is designed to educate the parent and athlete about training in general and how the Parisi program can help them to meet their goals. Athletes will take part in the Demo Class so they can get a feel for the program by taking part in a few drills. The hour is also an opportunity for the parents to ask questions about any of the concerns they have about the program.

TP 1 and TP 2 Classes continue to focus on all aspects of Parisi Speed School.  During these classes, the athlete will learn proper running mechanics and proper deceleration techniques, which will greatly reduce the risk of injury during competition and training, and make them a greater athlete overall.
