PARISI SPEED SCHOOL TRAINING PROGRAMS
EVALUATIONS
All athletes must go through a Performance Evaluation prior to beginning any training program. This Evaluation accesses the athletes running technique, ability to accelerate, reach top speed, change direction, explosive power, upper and lower body strength, balance, coordination, and flexbility. The Evaluator will then review the results with the athlete and the parent to establish goals and create a program that best fits the individual athlete's needs.
PARISI PRIVATE TRAINING
(Available for Jump Start, TP1, and TP2 Athletes)
Private Training is 1-on-1 training with ONLY the athlete and a Performance Coach. The session will focus on all the aspects of Parisi Performance Training, but the athlete will get individualized attention.
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
(Available for Jump Start, TP1 and TP2 Athletes ONLY)
Semi-Private Training Classes have up 2-4 athletes in the class. The class focuses on all aspects of Parisi Performance Training, but still with semi-private attention from the Performance Coaches.
MEMBERSHIP
(Available for Jump Start, TP1 and TP2 Athletes)
Membership classes are larger classes, up to 12 athletes in each class. The class focuses on all aspects of Parisi Performance Training, but with a larger group of athletes.
