Opened in January 2006, the Parisi Speed School at USTC provides sport performance enhancement training to athletes from Southeast Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Northern Delaware, and Maryland. Our comprehensive training facility, located in the 130,000 sq. ft., 60 acre United Sports Training Center complex, has everything an athlete needs to maximize performance.  State-of-the-art strength equipment, a three-lane, 40-yard indoor track surface and 4,500 sq. ft. of premium speed turf are perfect to improve running form, agility, strength and speed.

The Parisi Speed School at USTC in Downingtown, PA, is complimented by the CORE Fitness & Personal Training Center. Our 3,000 sq. ft., adult fitness center and personal training studio adjoins the Parisi Speed School at USTC.  Parents can now make the most of their busy schedules by getting a workout during their athlete's class session.
