Eric Mitchell

Eric Mitchell, Owner of The Parisi Speed School at United Sports, who is a graduate of Juniata College, and was a standout football player and also a nationally ranked sprinter on the Men's Track Team. Eric is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a USATF Level 1 Sprint Coach. Eric has been training athletes for over 20 years, and in that time, has developed speed camps and clinics for a variety of sports, including: Football, Field Hockey, Soccer, Baseball, Softball, Basketball, Tennis, Lacrosse, and Track. He has been involved in specialized football combine training for high school (college tests) and college players (NFL tests) for over 10 years. Eric is committed to developing the total athlete through both physical and mental training.

Jaime Cox

Jaime Cox is a performance coach at the Parisi Speed School at United Sports and is a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.  In May 2015, Jaime earned her Master of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Physiology from West Chester University.  During her time at WCU, Jaime worked as a part-time coach at Parisi Speed School at USTC and was a graduate assistant to the Kinesiology department and helped instruct undergraduate Biomechanics Lab, which gave her her start in sprinting form and technique.  This experience in teaching helped Jaime transition into her role as a full-time performance coach, where she not only trains athletes during their sessions, but helps educate them on why technique is important for overall performance.  

 

Greg Martin

Greg is a performance coach at the Parisi Speed School at United Sports and is a graduate from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor's of Science degree is Exercise Science.  While attending Bloomsburg University, Greg studied Care and Prevention of Athletic Injuries, where he focused on the occurences of ACL injuries.  Greg understands the setback of injuries and how important it is to incorporate injury prevention into training.  As an active athlete, coach, referee, and trainer, Greg is involed in all aspects of sports.  Between his knowledge and own experience in sport performance, Greg coaches through training, teaching, and relating to athletes on and off the field.
