4 Rules of Agility Training

Home » Blog » 4 Rules of Agility Training

October 27, 2017 //  by Franklin Lakes

  2. Low center of gravity
  3. Strong back
  4. Weight on the inside leg

Check back next week for the first steps of applying change of direction, including how to move laterally out of this position.
