For the first time in our history, Parisi Speed School is opening up our “Foundations of Speed Training,” to the general public. Normally, this course is reserved only for Parisi Speed School Licensees but now, you can take advantage of this unique opportunity to see what makes us the industry leader in speed training and sports performance.
This 2-Day Educational Workshop will give attendees insight into our world-class training philosophy and protocols, giving them the inside track on what it takes for athletes to improve speed and performance, while at the same, providing continuing education into this evolving segment of the fitness industry.
The program will contain a mix of both classroom and hands-on work down on the turf, with both components being led by two Certified Parisi Master Coaches:

Parisi’s “Foundations of Speed Training” will take place November 6th-7th at Parisi Speed School Morristown, located in Morristown New Jersey. The cost of the seminar is $1,200 and is due upon registration. Prior to attending, registrants will be given temporary access to Parisi University to complete all Pre-Requisite Educational Modules, which must be finished prior to arriving.
