I meant to post the following here but accidentally posted it in week 1:

Guidance on how to proceed with material, please.

Online curse has the ADW with a bunch of series and quizzes.
Coaching Habit has 6 videos on ADW exercises and coaching.

I know both of these are important but, as far as this week goes, is there one area I should place ahead of the other for flow of content/lessons/mentorship?

Thank you for the 4×4 Matrix. I assume the regressions and progressions can be whatever tools we have in our toolbox, correct? You spoke of regressions but if I wanted to progress the, say, bird dog/QP position, I could progress it to bear crawl (sag. and/or lat); correct? And lunges could progress to loaded and with rotation?
