Hello, my name is Sergio Terrazas I’m a Strength and Conditioning Coach out of El Paso, Texas.
2) Where are you currently coaching?
I currently run my own business Strength Through Movement at two locations (Fyzical Athletics) in conjunction with physical therapy clinics.
3) What type/age athlete do you work with?
I coach athletes of all sports 8 to the professional level. I also work with general population members 20 to 90 years of age.
4) What are you most excited to learn about in this mentorship?
I’m excited to fine tune my knowledge on speed and agility training for all my members.
