Hi Everyone,
My name is Dave Moldovan. I coach at, and own, LyonHeart Fitness in South Lyon, MI and we are in the process of opening a Parisi Affiliate (should be done with everything in November). We work with youth athletes (average ages 10-16) and adults at our facility. I’m excited to learn about the Parisi method(s) and level myself up as a coach so I provide a better experience for our athletes.
