Hello my name is Sergio Terrazas and I’m currently coaching out of El Paso Texas.
I’m currently working with athletes 8-22 years of age, general population, and older adults 55+ through my privately owned business. I also work on base with the soldier through the H2F program.
I’m excited to hone my skills as a speed coach so we aren’t just a gym that does sport specific training but can offer programs to supplement athletes who already lift weights in their own respective programs.
