What makes a great athlete? Consistency.
We find the athletes that accomplish the most on the athletic fields are the most consistent with their training and preparation. Has your athlete spent all summer preparing for the fall sports season? Don’t forget to maintain their progress by continuing to find time to practice general movement, strength, mobility, and confidence. It goes a long way to maintaining success, and not losing progress, throughout a 3 month long season.
What keeps an athlete at their best? Recovery.
On top of finding an hour every week to continue practicing their physical capabilities outside of their sport, an athlete continues to climb the ladder by recovering hard. Getting 8 hours of sleep, eating well, stretching, and keeping stress levels down will ensure an athlete has 100% to give when they are on the field or in the gym.
Help your athlete be consistent. Help them train, help them recover, and help them become as great as they want to be.
