Cox Mill Speed & Softball Camp

The Cox Mill Softball Team spent their off-season training at Champions Sports Performance. These girls are determined, hard-working, passionate, and dedicated. We are excited to help them raise money for their amazing program built by Coach Danielle Gaimari. Half of the proceeds will be donated back to their booster club!
- Foundation of speed, multi-direction movement, and agility
- Batting skills like stance improvement hit and runs, pull hitting, bunting, and hitting for power
- Pitching skills that include pitching motions, release points, and communication between pitcher and catcher
- Fielding skills for catching pop-flies and groundballs, performing relay throws, and turning double plays
- Base-running skills that include stealing, pickles, and tagging up

Youth Football Pre-Season Football Training Camp (7-11 y/o)

Policies, Please Read Carefully:
- Do not purchase camps for your child if they do not meet the minimum age/grade requirements.
- Missed camp days due to illness or travel can not be used for other summer camp days. Refunds will not be given for single days missed.
- If your child is unable to follow our rules both inside and out of the building they may be expelled from the camp program. This includes: being disrespectful to any staff or fellow camper. Examples of this include: hitting, pushing, fighting, running off, and lack of compliance with safety rules/instructions. If staff feels they are unable to understand our rules they will no longer be able to attend. In these situations, refunds for that week will not be given. Refunds will be given to future camps that have not begun.
