Until an athlete knows his or her current level of ability, it is impossible to realistically create goals and monitor progress. The Performance Evaluation is critical to every athlete in our program for four main reasons:
• Assesses the current level of an athlete’s ability.
• Allows for proper grouping of the athlete in our program.
• Allows for the proper exercise prescription to be developed.
• Allows us to record and monitor progress while in our program.
This aspect of our program is what we consider the most important. Without understanding the individuals’ strengths and weaknesses of you or your athlete, you cannot be sure that you are working on the right needs in training.
The Performance Evaluation is a mandatory event for every athlete that enters the Parisi Program. During the Evaluation, the athletes will be taught our signature dynamic warmup, be examined during our Running Analysis Procedures, and tested in a battery of physical speed and strength tests. After the evaluation, every athlete and parent will meet individually with the Head Evaluator and review the results. At that time, the parent and athlete have the correct information to select the appropriate program to fit his or her needs.
⋅Little Champions (Ages 4-6)⋅
Focus: Motor skill development, problem-solving, athletic movement, self-esteem building
Parisi Pee Wee classes teach fundamental athletic movements to children 4-6 years old. This class integrates age-appropriate educational strategies with motivational coaching.
Parisi Pee Wee will develop critical motor skills and problem-solving abilities while building self-esteem and confidence.
⋅Jump Start (Ages 7-11)⋅
Focus: Sets an early athletic foundation
The Parisi Jump Start Program utilizes the most up-to-date research to build a young athlete’s physical foundation and improve coordination and self-esteem. Our signature speed and strength training methods are serious, but all within a fun and friendly environment to ensure the young athlete is engaged and motivated to give 110%.
Parisi Performance Coaches are specifically trained to motivate and challenge the young athlete while providing age-level safe and appropriate training techniques and corrections that set a foundation for good lifetime habits.
Jump Start is a must for any young person who wants to develop foundational athletic skills that will help them rise above their competition.
Speed is a learned skill, and Parisi Speed School is the place to learn! The Jump Start Program has been proven to enhance:

⋅Total Performance (Ages 12-14)⋅
Focus: Signature programming that provides maximum, foundational improvement to support athletic performance
The Parisi Total Performance Program utilizes the most up-to-date research on safe athlete training techniques and injury prevention as its foundation. This program uses our signature speed and strength training methods and cutting-edge coaching techniques from certified Parisi Performance Coaches to produce maximum improvements in athletic performance. At this level, programming is broken down into an individual focus per session. These are:
- Linear Speed: Parisi’s signature straight-ahead acceleration and top-speed running techniques.
- Change of Direction: Agility and the ability to decelerate and move in any direction quickly.
- Upper and Lower Body Strength: Strength training exercises for muscle development and injury prevention.
Many experts view the ages of 12 – 14 as the most ideal age for developing speed, strength, and power over an athlete’s entire lifetime.

The Parisi Elite Program utilizes the most up-to-date research on safe athlete training techniques and injury prevention as its foundation. This program uses our signature speed and strength training methods and cutting-edge coaching techniques from certified Parisi Performance Coaches to produce maximum improvements in athletic performance. At this level, programming is broken down into 3 categories that require more in-depth understanding. These are:
Linear Speed: Parisi’s signature straight-ahead acceleration and top-speed running techniques.
Change of Direction: Agility and the ability to decelerate and move in any direction quickly.
Upper and Lower Body Strength: Strength training exercises for muscle development and injury prevention.
Elite has an intense focus on specific strength and speed training techniques centered around an athlete’s individual needs, recovery, nutrition, and regeneration. The training is unmatched in its intensity. It utilizes advanced training methodologies and tools to help athletes break through previous speed and strength plateaus and reach new heights of athletic performance.
