I just wanted to send you a note telling you how pleased my wife and I are with your Parisi Speed School. All of your Performance Coaches are spectacular with Alex and Austin and really deserve recognition for their efforts. They pay attention to detail to ensure the boys are exercising safely. They encourage the boys to perform at their personal best levels, while being patient, kind and compassionate when they may be having a hard time.
Almost three months have passed since the boys started this program and we can’t be happier with the results. There are very noticeable differences in both boys athletic ability, attitude and overall health. Both Alex and Austin had great basketball seasons this year. Austin was Varejao-esque on the court this year. Alex was a scoring machine and made the All-Star team for the first time.
They say success breeds success, and I can’t thank you enough for your team’s positive contribution in the boys lives.”

Cleveland Sports Institute’s Parisi Speed School Training Options
All our athletes begin with the Performance Evaluation, the foundation of the Parisi Speed School’s curriculum. The Performance Evaluation involves a 3 step process:
1.) History: In order to better define the athlete’s goals, the Parisi coach meets with the athlete and if possible, the parent or coach of the athlete. The history allows the Parisi coach to learn more about the athlete; his/her ambitions, potential obstacles and any pre-existing sports medical conditions. Through this one-on-one consultation, the Parisi coach will also learn what the athlete expects to receive from his or her training program.
2.) Assessment: Once the history is taken, the athlete is guided through Parisi’s signature Active Dynamic Warm-up. The Parisi ADW not only prepares the athlete for the next step of the Evaluation, it also serves as an ideal physical assessment tool for the Parisi Coach. Running mechanics, flexibility and balance are then analyzed, followed by a series of athletic tests which measure the athlete’s relative strength, speed, power, agility and endurance. The results of these tests lead to the final step of the Evaluation, the Prescription.
3.) Prescription: Based on the results of the Assessment, the performance coach will design a personalized training program for the athlete. The training prescription will provide the athlete with a clearly defined plan, incorporating the correct number and percentage of training sessions from each of the three Sports Performance Training Sessions (listed below).
