Born and raised in Israel and moved to the Charlotte, NC in 2005 and then to Highlands Ranch, CO in 2010 with his family.
Growing up Mo played basketball, and in 2015 decided to follow his passion for sport performance, and help young athletes to improve their athletic abilities, self confidence and self esteem.
As a parent for 2 kids, and as a parent for an athlete he was looking for local offering as well as nation wide proven system and methodology to help improve athletes performance, and after a long thorough research he made the decision to bring Parisi Speed School to Colorado – he was impressed with the scientific based as well as pragmatic approach that Parisi took while building the program. Based on 25 years of experience of industry leading trainers like Bill Parisi, Martin Rooney, Steve Leo and others while constantly trying to improve the program by getting feedback from well known physicians like Dr Stuart McGill and from recent research. This was the kind of place he wanted his kids to practice, so he decided to bring the first Parisi Speed School to Colorado !
