Parisi Franklin Lakes is excited to be back working with the FAMS track team for the second straight year!
Our goal is to correct the technique and pacing of the runners:
- Improve start and acceleration mechanics
- Correct top speed (20+ yard) technique
- Improve breathing and pacing
- Reduce the risk of injury
- Prepare the athletes to significantly improve their times while in-season
- All while not over-training and keeping the athletes fresh
