Steve Smith, ATC

Performance Coach/Athletic Trainer

My background in athletic training with various high schools, physical therapy clinics, and premier sports teams, such as the Selects Hockey, has given me a strong handle on athletics and rehabilitation. I believe that a sound fitness routine should be anchored by injury prevention exercises and proper training technique which in turn provide a solid foundation for health and well-being.
