I just wanted to comment on what a great experience Parisi has been for my son and other players from West Hartford Youth Football. Shortly after our football season ended, I was speaking with a friend and lamenting that there is really no place to take young players (7-12 years old) to stay active and work on their conditioning in the off season. He suggested we try Parisi in Bristol. With some reluctance (it’s over 1/2 hour away), me and a fellow coach decided to take our sons. Both boys immediately fell in love with the experience even thought the trainers are very tough. As we watched our sons during the winter months, you could almost immediately see a change in their physical AND mental approach to conditioning. The Parisi process of analyzing the members and keeping them engaged with the Cat Club Challenge is brilliant. Our kids would actually bug us to take them.
The real proof was how the off season training would impact them once they put the pads on. In both cases, we saw an immediate impact in both boys. Their agility, speed and most of all confidence was much improved. As a coach, you cant help but watch these young players closely and what we witnessed was improvement in every aspect of their game. I would recommend the Parisi experience to any parent or coach for their players/children. Keep up the great work!

I just needed to get this information out to all of the parents, players and coaches that I have been associated with the last 10 yrs or so. My son Jacob and his friend Tyler started an intense Parisi program about a month ago and I am witnessing incredible results already. There is a great staff of trainers doing some great things with young athletes. Please check it out!!
I greatly appreciate all your help with Chris. He is not only the strongest player on the team, his linebackers coach at Kent has told him he is the quickest linebacker he has ever coached.

My son Ryan is a X-country and Track long distance runner. Ryan started with the Parisi Speed School in January, which was the record breaking snowy winter. The weather kept him from being able to run outside so he spent 4-5 days per week training with Parisi. When his first road race came in March, Ryan took about 1 minute off his best 5K time without being able to run much at all. Later the same year, he broke his schools X-Country record and made the X-Country Junior Olympics Regional Finals. The Parisi Speed School is the real deal and it’s the kind of elite conditioning/training that most athletes don’t get until college.
We would like to acknowledge the enthusiasm, hard work and professionalism that you have provided to Brittany over the last 2 years. We absolutely believe that without your training Brittany would have been easily overlooked. We are looking forward to the next 4 years of softball and Brittany will continue her path with your assistance during her time at Yale.
Parisi is simply put "incredible training and development for All athletes at All ages". My daughter Logan has been training with Parisi for almost a year now. We thought Logan was a pretty good athlete seeing that she plays soccer five days a week throughout the year. We were looking for an edge to help her move in a direction that would separate her from other players. Her strength, speed and agility, has improved dramatically in a short period of time. Every aspect of her training has improved the numbers she is putting up now are remarkable in a short period of time. Parisi is not just about speed and agility, they educate the athlete on how to prepare for competition and to train muscle groups they seldom use. The Personal trainers at Parisi are experienced and well educated in the science of physical fitness.
This is no short drive for the family, we live 40 minutes away and its worth every minute of the drive. She is definitely a better athlete today because of Parisi. Logan's commitment to Parisi has paid off she is a member of her state Olympic development team and ECNL Soccer league, playing at the highest level in the country for young women.
