All athletes must go through a Performance Evaluation prior to beginning any training program. This Evaluation assesses the athletes running technique, ability to accelerate, reach top speed, change direction, explosive power, upper and lower body strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. The Evaluator will then review the results with the athlete and the parent to establish goals and create a program that best fits the individual athlete’s needs.
PARISI PRIVATE TRAINING
Private Training is 1-on-1 training with ONLY the athlete and a Performance Coach. The session will focus on all the aspects of Parisi Performance Training, but the athlete will get individualized attention.
Semi-Private Training Classes have up 2-4 athletes in the class. The class focuses on all aspects of Parisi Performance Training, but still with semi-private attention from the Performance Coaches.
Membership classes are larger group classes with up to 12 athletes in each class. Athletes are grouped based on age and ability levels.
