Coach Sam Patterson has been a member of the Parisi family for 5 years. She is a former division 2 soccer player at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Montclair State University. She coaches Linear Speed, Change of Direction, Strength, Elite Performance, Personal training, Team training, and PEAK. Coach Sam truly enjoys pushing her athletes to be the best athlete and person that they can be. She strives to stay current within the field to ensure she has all the knowledge possible to best train her clients. She has recently relocated to Baltimore and is Program Director and Head Coach at Triple Threat Performance Coaching LLC @ Parisi Speed School powered by Gold’s Gym.

Marquis Neal is a passionate professional committed to serving and helping the youth. After getting out of the United States Army in 2007, Marquis sought to foster his passion by opening an i9 Sports franchise in West Baltimore County. For 11 years Marquis proved to be an industrious Franchise Owner, offering youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics to schools in the West Baltimore County area. With a strategic focus on fun, safety, convenience, and good sportsmanship. Marquis has expanded his knowledge and skillset, while capitalizing on his passion to serve, by earning coaching certifications through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and Parisi Sports Performance coaching. His iPEC certifications in mental performance and Parisi Sports Performance coaching provide Marquis with the solid foundation that he needs to continue his dream of helping kids realize their fullest potentials.
