We offer a variety of training programs to fit your athlete’s needs:
PARISI PRIVATE TRAINING
Private Training is 1-on-1 training with ONLY the athlete and a Performance Coach. The session will focus on all the aspects of Parisi Performance Training, but the athlete will get individualized attention.
MONTHLY SPEED CLASS MEMBERSHIP
Membership classes are classes with up to 8 athletes per performance coach in each speed class. The class focuses on all aspects of Parisi Performance Training in a small group setting.
MONTHLY SPEED AND STRENGTH MEMBERSHIP
For athletes 12 years old an older our SPEED SPECIFIC STRENGTH training program can be added to our speed development membership. By using strength training we can make athletes even faster by using lifts and exercises that are designed to increase speed of movement and strength in any sport.
At the end of your child’s session, he or she will be re-evaluated to determine their progress and continuing program in the Parisi Speed School. Athletes actively enrolled in the Parisi Speed School are also welcome to attend our FREE CAT CLUB CHALLENGES every month to constantly be re-evaluated.
