Increase Speed for improved:

Acceleration to basket or loose ball
Breakaway speed

Increase Quickness for improved:

First step
Ability to evade defense
Reaction to opponent

Increase Total Body Strength for improved:

Vertical Jump to block shots
Rebounding ability
Chance of avoiding injury
