The Parisi Speed School of Sparta is now proud partners with Garden State Lacrosse Academy, an organization that develops athletes from the Class of 2021-2027.
The GSLA maximizes its athlete’s ability through its four pillars which include player development, family orientation, practice, and competition. With the new partnership, all GSLA have a unique opportunity to train with at Parisi Sparta.
President and Program Director for GSLA, Mike Squillante, is optimistic about the partnership.
“Parisi Speed School has a strong reputation for developing athletes—especially at the youth and high school level,” he said. “I am extremely confident that their trainers will help bring our GSLA players to the next level on the lacrosse field.”
Squillante graduated from Marywood University where he earned several accolades, including the 2014 2nd Team All CSAC Faceoff Specialist, and ECAC Player of the Week. He also holds the single-season record for ground balls and faceoff wins.
With a four-pillar approach to ensure the growth of each player both on and off the field, the GSLA focuses on player development, family orientation, practice, and competition.
Training within the GSLA program comes through its practices, games, individual training, and camps. Their academy approach compares practice to school, training at home to homework, and tournaments to tests.
Known for their lacrosse expertise, this strategic partnership will fully close out the circle of enhancement for all players in the program. GSLA develops skillful lacrosse players while Parisi Sparta focuses on getting those players strong, agile, and strong.
