The Parisi Speed School’s VOLLEYBALL Program will:

Increase Speed for improved:

Ability to cover all areas of the court

Increase Quickness for improved:

First Step
Ability to react to serves, spikes and volleys

Increase Total Body Strength for improved:

Ability to spike the ball or block spikes
Increased Serving, volleying and spiking speed
Chance of decreasing injury
