Exercise 9: Program Director Academy

On a separate piece of paper, identify 3 vehicles to fill your talent/hiring pool. After you have identified each vehicle, take it one step further and write down 1-3 tactics or strategies to implement that vehicle. 

Example: 

Vehicle: Internship program

Strategy 1) Become an affiliate with a local college to be a cornerstone site for their clinical rotation/internship program/observation hour requirement. 

Strategy 2) Host open-door staff meetings for local personal trainers/fitness professionals to attend and become interested in the educational and growth opportunities my PSS affiliate provides. 

Strategy 3) Network with common referral sources (PT Clinics, Chiro’s, etc.) to inform them of opportunities or collaborative hires that may be able to bridge the two services and offer in-house delivery needs.
