The Short Story of Jack and How Your Athlete Can Get More Out of Our Program

Home » Blog » The Short Story of Jack and How Your Athlete Can Get More Out of Our Program

July 21, 2020 //  by Franklin Lakes

This is my man, Jack V. We’ve worked with Jack for about 3 years now. In that time, he’s gotten significantly stronger and quicker, and he’s a heck of an athlete. One of the hardest workers we’ve EVER had at the gym.

Last week, he attended Don Bosco football camp and didn’t feel comfortable with the set up for the 40 yard dash and 5-10-5. We probably didn’t cover it often enough in our group sessions to help him improve. His dad sent me a text and asked me some questions. I offered a free private session instead. We ended up doing two.

What matters most to me, as the owner, is that we get it right. If an athlete feels like we missed something, or needs some very specific pointers to make a real difference, we’ll do that. I’ll do that.

I stress to many parents when they first visit us, that you should reach out to me if you need anything. I give my cell phone number. I’m available. You pay a lot of money to train with us and I want you to receive more than you ever expected. If you have any specific questions that you feel our group sessions aren’t solving for your athlete: 201-873-7883. Call or text any time. We’re nothing if our athletes don’t get the attention they deserve.
