2.1 Pillar #1 – A Team’s Annual Cycle

Now that we’ve considered a team’s annual cycle from your customer’s perspective, how do you align your efforts? This graphic of an orbiting cycle depicts how you as an external team training coach can ensure you are providing a team with training solutions and information at the right time.  

As we’ve said, not every customer will do things exactly according to this cycle, but it’s a good place to start.  If your timing is off for a certain incident, make notes of that particular customer’s variation in your customer database for next time.
