2.2 Pillar #2 – Team Training Seasonality

So, how do you know when your efforts should happen?  The key is knowing when your customer wants team training delivered.  All of your efforts back-track from this point in time.  To make it simple, we’re going to group team training delivery into four groups:

  • Initial Off-Season
  • Off-Season
  • Pre-Season
  • In-Season

This seasonality determines when to execute your marketing and sales push and how long you have to do it. We refer to the marketing and sales push as the combined efforts of awareness marketing, discovery of leads, development of prospects and closing sales.  

Let’s take a look at what each of these might look like in terms of aligning your efforts with the team’s annual cycle.
