As you’ve probably recognized, these phases follow the same basic phases as the cycle we covered in the previous module. However, now we’re digging deeper to review the distinct tasks and decisions, which focus on an outcome that is unique to each phase. These outcomes become the starting point of the next phase. If you follow the tasks and decisions within this process, your number of opportunities, customers, closed sales and repeat sales will increase substantially.
