4.2 What Are You Selling?

Whether you use these or your own, they all provide a value add to your customer and should be presented as part of your overall solution.  By articulating them, you’re saying to your customer that you’re not just a performance coach, but a partner to the team who cares about its athletes, their safety and its success.  You’re also telling your customer that you value their time and that you want to help make things easier for them.

This type of approach is what helps build lasting partnerships and relationships, which allows you to book team training season after season, as well as create advocates and influencers for other sales.
