In this week’s ‘Trainer Tip Tuesday’, Program Director Vicky Ziolkowski takes us through the proper steps while doing speed skips.

Speed skips is a force application that teaches the athlete to apply force back and down. This exercise is also used as postural movement when sprinting.

Overall, doing speed skips will teach the proper posture and force application while running.
