Who was your favorite coach?

Who was your favorite coach… do you still remember?

Perhaps it was your little league coach who saw your potential even when you didn’t?

Or maybe it was your high school coach who pushed you to not only be a better athlete, but a better person?

For others, what you really remember was a person who cared about you and walked you through something hard — a death in the family, the divorce of your parents, or a personal trauma.

What you remember most wasn’t the practices and the games, but how they cared.

We have a deep, personal understanding of the value of a life-changing coach. Every Parisi Performance Coach is taught from day one that their responsibility includes more than just skills and drills.

Parisi Speed School was founded on the vision to “empower America’s youth through increased fitness, confidence, and performance.”

Our mission is, and always has been, to “continue to deliver a positive training experience that improves speed of movement and strength in character regardless of ability or economic status.”

Our core values are what separate us from the rest:

  1. Honesty in relationships.
  2. Positivity in attitude.
  3. Excellence in service.

For more than 25 years, Parisi Speed School has been committed to the success of its athletes of all ages. We know when you invest in Parisi training, you’re looking for something different. You’re looking for the kind of guidance that is difficult to find in typical sports programs. You’re looking for the kind of learning that changes how your son or daughter plays and the way they live.

And that’s exactly the kind of education coaches and parents have come to expect from Parisi Speed School.
