Why train the triceps?

Home » Blog » Why train the triceps?

November 30, 2016 //  by Parisi School

A lot of people seem to forget the importance of the triceps in any pushing movements. Do you want a bigger bench? Simple answer is train the triceps during heavy lifts. Not just your typical tricep extensions, skull crushers, DB kickbacks, etc. Get creative with it train your triceps using exercises such as close grip bench press, dips, etc. Think of compound movements where you can fatigue the triceps, but at the same time use other muscles to assist you in lifting heavy weight. Training the triceps not only will make you look great in a tank top but it will improve any overhead or benching variation. Click on the link above to watch the video!
