Parisi Speed School of Middletown provides an exceptional youth performance training program that is unparalleled. Inside the Middletown facility, our attention to detail and small, semi-private group training set us apart. Our unique 40 yard turf field and large strength section is used for our nationally renowned sports performance training program that has seen hundreds of athletes make it professional in nearly every sport. At Parisi Speed School of Middletown, our highly educated staff stays committed to implementing cutting edge sports training knowledge. This exceptional drive continues to provide better service to our athletes!

We are conveniently located in Gold’s Gym Middletown in the Crystal Run Galleria, 1 N. Galleria Drive, Middletown, NY.

The Parisi Youth Sports Training Program uses the most up-to-date research on safe athletic training techniques and injury prevention as its foundation. We help athletes improve their overall speed, increase total body strength, develop proper techniques, decrease recovery time, and reduce risk injury risks. Parisi-coached athletes learn good habits, become more aware of what impacts performance, and builds mental toughness. We work with non-athletes as well to improve self confidence. The following programming is included in the Parisi Youth Sports Training System:

JUMP START– Focused on young athletes ages 7 – 12, this small group program sets the foundation for success in any sport by focusing on speed, agility and coordination.

TOTAL PERFORMANCE – Focused on athletes from ages 13 – 15, this small group program focuses on the techniques used in speed, agility and strength to maximize improvements in athletic performance.

ELITE SPORTS PERFORMANCE- Focused on athletes ages 14 – 22, this small group transitions Total Performance athletes to their next level of ability.

PEAK (Parisi Elite Athletic Knowledge) – Focused on the elite athlete of all ages, this individualized coaching program focuses on needs, goals and improvements needed to compete in a specific sport at a competitive level.

Pee Wee – Designed to get youth off of the sofa and electronics and into having physical fun and getting fit.
