This foundational program for athletes between the ages of 7-12, is the introduction into the world of sports performance. Here, athletes will work on the the basic skills needed to improve speed, agility, explosiveness and strength.
Through Jump Start, athletes will begin the process of improving their overall skill level and their game.
Our signature program for athletes between the ages of 13-18, is where we break down our individual training further into a specific focus for each class…Top Speed, Change of Direction and Strength,
Total Performance is the next step in an athlete’s training evolution and will delve into more advanced training methodologies. This program while more advanced, still focuses on our core training principles of improving speed, agility and strength, while at same time reducing the chance of injury.
