We offer various training plans for all athletes:
PARISI PRIVATE TRAINING
(Available for Jump Start, TP1, and TP2 Athletes)
Private Training is 1-on-1 training with ONLY the athlete and a Performance Coach. The session will focus on all the aspects of Parisi Performance Training, but the athlete will get individualized attention.

Membership classes are classes with up to 12 athletes per performance coach in each class. The class focuses on all aspects of Parisi Performance Training in a group setting.
For athletes 12 years old an older our strength training program can be added to our speed development membership. By using strength training we can make athletes even faster by using lifts and exercises that are designed to increase speed of movement and strength on any field.
The Parisi Athletic Performance Evaluation is an essential part of our training program. We must first establish a base line level of performance for each of our athletes. All athletes must go through a mandatory Evaluation prior to beginning any training program.
