Hakeem Clark, CSCS is a graduate of University of Maryland at College Park, where he spent time as an athletic trainer working with the track team, soccer and field hockey teams. Graduating with a BS in Kinesiology, he served in UMCP’s strength conditioning dept. working with the football team, championship winning women’s basketball team along with tennis and gymnastics. Prior to coming to Parisi, Hakeem spent time as the strength and conditioning coach for University of District of Columbia while also working various high school Nike Football Sparq camps. Hakeem has had a vast amount of experience in the sports performance training field getting the opportunity to facilitate camps to train and prepare athletes for high school combines along with many college and professional athletes. During his time as Parisi’s Program Director he has spoken at numerous engagements with as many as 700 attendee’s and had opportunities to appear on Fox’s Straight Talk with Mike Gimbel and 105.7 The Fan’s pre-game show. Under his leadership in 2011, Parisi Speed School at LifeBridge Health and Fitness was given an award for most up and coming Parisi, franchise out of over 70 franchises.
In Hakeem’s free time he still pretends to be an athlete and plays in numerous adult basketball and flag football leagues desperately trying to cling on to his youth.
Parisi Program Director / Performance Coach
Jason, a graduate of University of Maryland Baltimore County, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. He is also a Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM. Jason has used his knowledge/skills to evaluate and help Parisi Speed School athletes gain strength, power and speed since 2012. Jason’s experience from playing baseball, soccer, golf, running track, and wrestling has allowed him to understand and relate to the movements necessary to succeed in teaching movement efficiency to his athletes. He has worked with elite athletes from McDonogh, Franklin, Mt. Saint Joe, St. Paul’s, and many more.
Jason is also a Certified Fitness Professional through The Titleist Performance Institute helping juniors, men, women and senior golfers improve mobility, strength, and power. He has helped them not only improve their game but also play injury free.

Billy is a graduate of Towson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management and is a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Billy is a Performance Coach and Lifebridge Health and Fitness Personal Training Coordinator.
Billy was a varsity ice hockey player at Towson, and has been involved with a variety of team and individual sports including baseball, football, and soccer. As a Fitness Specialist and Personal Trainer at LifeBridge Health and Fitness, Billy has been able to use his experience in bodybuilding, Olympic lifting, and power lifting to enhance his client’s training programs. Billy has worked with both the football and lacrosse programs at Boys Latin School of Maryland.
Kira is a graduate of Lock Haven University with a bachelors degree is Recreation Management with a track of Fitness. Kira is a certified LifeBridge Health and Fitness Personal Trainer with a TRX certification. She was an intern here at LifeBridge Health and Fitness before becoming a part of the team. Kira used to play Women’s lacrosse for Lock Haven’s Women’s NCAA team. She currently holds two NCAA records as a lacrosse goalie for Most Saves in an NCAA Championship game and Tournament in 2009. She is also a second team all American as of 2010 as a goalie in women’s lacrosse.
Kira is an advanced certified Parisi Performance Coach.

Jo Ann Miller is a graduate of Towson University and an ACE certified personal trainer, certified advanced nutrition specialist, certified advanced Parisi performance coach and an ACE certified sports conditioning specialist.
