Parisi Nation Challenge
Every 8-12 weeks we host a free athlete testing event at our facility for all of our current athletes and new athletes whom want to know where they stand athletically. Through our Motivating Ranking System-The Cat Club and Combine Challenge our athletes are given the chance to show their progress. At the event we will test:
-10 and 20 Yard Dash ( Using Zybek Sports Testing Equipment, the same as the N.F.L Combine!)
-Vertical Jump
-5-Hop Standing Broad Jump
-5/10/5 Pro Agility
-Chin Ups
-200 Yard Endurance Shuttle
