Note: Athletes are classified by age and ability level to keep them motivated and to allow for proper drills
to be taught in that particular session. If you wish to have your athlete changed to another level, just ask
a performance coach!
Linear Speed: Broken up into Acceleration and Top Speed mechanics to help you break away from the pack. These classes work on achieving your maximum speed in the shortest distance or time possible and also maintaining that top speed.
Change of Direction: Increase your agility and neural efficiency in this class by learning to control and
enhance your center of gravity management
Strength: This class will strengthen and condition your whole body by using medicine balls,
resistance chords, kettlebells and more! Still the same techniques used in our speed classes but in a fun and
demanding workout.
PEAK: Parisi Elite classes are for our advanced athletes who have had previous training and are familiar with Olympic lifting. Athletes at this level must test into program. Please see a staff member if you wish to be a part of this group!
