At Form & Fitness, we have experience working with groups of athletes of all ages and abilities. Among the sports we have worked with include: swimming, skiing, basketball, football, softball,soccer and hockey. Team training is a great way to build camaraderie and prepare for the season!
Areas of focus: Speed, strength, endurance, flexibility, core and injury prevention.
Duration of Camps: 6-8 weeks recommended, 1-2x/week
