Private sessions: created for the athlete who is looking to work one-on-one with a Parisi Certified Trainer. Programs that are created for private sessions are tailored to fit an athletes’ specific goals and needs. The duration of private sessions can range from 30 minutes to 60 minutes.
Semi Private Training: available for athletes who would like to train with friends or parents. These sessions are scheduled separately with a Parisi Certified Trainer. The duration of the semi-private training session is 45 minutes.
