Cory Cannici
Owner/Head Performance Coach
Owner Cory Cannici has been a performance coach and personal trainer since 2010. Opening his business, Evolve Training & The Parisi Speed School in 2013, he became the youngest owner among over 90+ Parisi franchise locations. With a passion for helping others gain control of their health through proper exercise and nutrition, he takes great pride in the progress of his adult clients and young athletes who train at our facility.

Khalil Harrison
Performance Coach
Khalil has been in the fitness realm since 2008 when training for high school wrestling. After 5 years of competitive wrestling and being under a barbell, Khalil began to coach as a sports performance coach. He has experience working with high school soccer, lacrosse, hockey and wrestling teams. Khalil also is a certified USA Olympic Weightlifting coach as well as a national level athlete in the 67kg weight class.
As of fall 2019 Khalil is continuing his education at CUNY Lehman College in their Human Performance graduate program.

Jeff Berland
Performance Coach
Jeff has been a performance coach/personal trainer since December 2014. As a multi-sport athlete in college, his strong background in track and football is highlighted as a great addition to our team. His experience as a sprinter gives him the knowledge to constructively coach and consistently improve our athletes. Jeff’s motivation and attention to detail create a great experience for the athletes he trains.

Heather Nelan
Performance Coach
Heather has been a trainer since November, 2015, following a 4 year stint as a physical therapy aide and director of a physical therapy step down program, which brought patients to the next level of recovery with personal training. A former gymnast, Heather’s dedication to perfecting the movement of everyone she works with, whether adults or athletes, sets her apart.

Rachel Duffy
Performance Coach
Two years ago Rachel decided to transition from working in a physical therapy office to becoming a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. Being an athlete all her life playing soccer, running track, and being a competitive cheerleader, health and fitness has always been a passion of hers. She just recently obtained her Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Coaching, combining that with her experience in both strength and rehabilitative training, and being an athlete herself Rachel can help both athletes and non-athletes better themselves in more ways than one.

Matt Ryan
Parisi Nutritionist and Adult Personal Trainer
Matt is available for nutrition counseling, weight management
and personal training. He’s been practicing nutrition counseling
since 2001 and personal training since 2005.
In addition, Matt has run over 35 half marathons and has
completed 13 Marine Corps Marathons since 2010. He
currently is gearing up for his fourteenth in the Fall!
Philosophy on nutrition: “Eating the right number of calories
and the proper amount of protein, carbohydrates and fat can
help achieve ones’ fitness goals. Although they are all essential,
the key is incorporating them into the daily diet, developing
consistency and balancing them with YOUR lifestyle. That’s
where the REAL POWER lies.”

Mike has been learning first hand what is takes to build a strong foundation of strength since an early age. After multiple surgeries of his own, he became intrigued with the proper comeback to the sports he once loved. A way to regain a life of constant pain-free joy. He pursed his curiosity, studying Fitness Development at SUNY Cortland, to gain a true understanding of how to make our bodies work optimally, no matter the circumstances. He now finds himself passionate to share his knowledge with others, so that they too can enhance their daily lives, and get back to living a pain-free, healthy life.
