Training for those aspiring to complete at the highest levels, this program
provides sport specific training for athletes.
Parisi’s Private Training (1-on 1) and PEAK (2-4 athletes) programs target elite athletes. Specifically, elite athletes that wish to compete at the high school, collegiate, Olympic or professional level. Both of our Private Training and PEAK programs allows for flexible scheduling through appointment based sessions. Our program puts an emphasis on an athlete’s individual needs, desired improvements, and is taught within a competitive and safe environment.
The Private Training program enhances athletes ability to:
- Run their fastest sprint time ever
- Increase their vertical jump
- Break their all-time max lift
- Maximize their agility
Next Step for Private Training
First we will begin training with an extensive evaluation. The evaluation is a 45 minutes test that consist of six key areas of athletic performance. The purpose for the evaluation is to set a baseline. To sum up it allows your coach, and you, to have an understanding of where you are at as an athlete. Afterward your Performance Coach will design a program for you. The program will focus on your specific talents, while at the same time turning your weaknesses into strengths.
Private Training can be added to our Jump Start and Total Performance programming to provide a comprehensive athletic training program or it can stand on its own to work only on specific needs.
