Tammy Martin received her massage therapy training from the Downeast School of Massage in 1999. She is a Maine Licensed Massage Therapist and Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Martin is an active member of the AMTA and the Maine Sports Massage Team. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education with a major in Athletic Training from Castleton State College. Her background in Athletic Training provides a cutting edge approach to her massage therapy treatments. As a Sports Massage Therapist Tammy has provided treatments to athletes at events such as the 2004 Summer Olympic Games in Athens, Greece., Beach to Beacon, Maine Marathon, World Cup Biathlon, Ironman Lake Placid and the Tour de Cure.
Tammy specializes in Deep Tissue Massage incorporating: Orthopedic Massage, Sports Massage and CORE Myofascial Therapy. She is certified in both Orthopedic Massage and CORE Myofascial therapy. In addition, Tammy is an assistant to James Waslaski teaching Orthopedic Massage to Massage Therapists and other Care Providers working with soft tissue pain and dysfunction
Dorothy Diggs

Dorothy Diggs graduated from the Downeast School of Massage in 1994 with an emphasis on Sports Massage. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist in Maine and is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB). She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) as well as the Maine Sports Massage Team. She is also a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner (CKPT) and a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI).
Dorothy discovered the numerous benefits of massage therapy while playing and coaching ice hockey. She played goalie at Colorado College and has coached at the University of Southern Maine, Cornell University, Bowdoin College, Portland High School and at numerous hockey camps across the United States, Canada and Sweden. She has combined her knowledge of athletics, coaching, and sports massage to provide treatments to members of the Portland Pirates since 1994. In addition to operating her private practice in Portland, Maine, Dorothy has also provided pre- and post-event treatments to athletes at such events as the 2002 Winter Olympics Games in Salt Lake City, Utah, the 1999 Pan American Games, the Boston Marathon, the Maine Marathon, the Beach to Beacon 10K, an AVP Beach Volleyball pre-Olympic event, the 1996 Eastern Men’s Intercollegiate Swimming Championships, the Lobsterman and Urban Epic triathlons and Rippleffect’s Kayak Regatta.
